Camp Leo — Summer Camp for the Blind on Hilton Head Island

This summer, blind and visually impaired children gather on Hilton Head Island for Camp Leo — a week of salt air, independence, and the kind of joy that only happens when you get to just be yourself.

Camp director Ben Snead runs a tight ship on one thing: Camp Leo is about having fun. No structured learning. No forced anything. Just camp.

We don't fundraise for Camp Leo. We just show up.

Each camper receives their own Stowaway Sample Set — a collection of travel-size bars, individually wrapped and hand-printed by Dolton. Each one is Brailled too — not because anyone has to read it, but because it's just there, the way it should be. Tucked into a craft handled gift bag and ready for whatever the week brings.

We've heard that the bars have a way of becoming their own little economy — people tend to swap scents with friends until everyone ends up with the ones they love best. Coastal for Citrus. Forest for Floral. The whole shoreline, negotiated.
